Great stuff! I really like the CRM. Got a few questions: 1. Do the free CRM and Sales tools drive a significant portion of conversions for your Marketing tool? Why are they free? Are they really 'free'? Or this cost has been included in the high cost Marketing tool and they are just a hook to lure prospects into it eventually. What is your marketing strategy here?
