This service is just not reliable at all. It's currently taking me over 20 minutes to send a single email. I can see they've been sent in the dashboard, and configurations are exactly the same as yesterday when they were working perfectly. If i receive decent support I will change my rating, otherwise I will be changing my provider. This is a critical part of our infrastructure and I require the highest quality levels.
