Penultimate

used this app for years but couldn't get used to the massive update changes they made. specifically the way you zoom in and write. it used to be so intuitive, but now it uses the same technique that almost all the other subpar note taking apps use...which is why I didn't use those ones.

BEST. Tool. Ever. Seriously. I bought an Adonit pen, a new iPad just to use this. It's been amazing ever since. Since I work on so many projects, and I talk to so many people, I used to have dozens of notebooks, each one for a different thing, like: "legal aspects of our UK company" "company culture" "branding" "plan for the next 5 years" "scaling up sales" etc. A lot of them. And I couldn't handle them anymore so I did a complete switch to iPad and Penultimate. It is perfect. Exactly what I needed, without having to switch between heavy physical notebooks. I'm not a big fan of Evernote. I don't even actually use it. But Penultimate has been a life-saver for me and continues to be. I hunted the MoleSkine app for journals, before I found Penultimate, but they don't really compare. Penultimate offers a much better workflow and experience.

Love Penultimate! Been using it for years!

I'm using it for years, even with adobe tools on the market it's still the best app!
