@d_attridge It was down and freaked us all the F out but is now back. I do take regular back-ups but to be honest, it's the best thing I have used so far. The public pages are great for affiliate links and for my students.
It keeps me organized. Only thing missing is an alert of some kind that a link might be dead.
Give it another shot. :)

That landing page is really interesting. I like the blurred image of the actual page with the signup over it.

Now I can have a startpage & bookmarks manager that looks more interesting than Netvibes.

I used papaly for such a long time and it's a great bookmarking platform. If it had the ability to view the layout in cards and more customization options in general I would still use it but it is still top 5 i've ever used.
Pros:
Organized, Easy to use, Subcategories, Everything of a category is one dashboard for easy searching, RSS feed bookmarking, completely free
Cons:
One layout option, no subcategories of main pages, no tagging feature, no favouriting feature
