One of the best non-commercial email service i've ever used. Unlike the competitors, the team is very helpful and always at your back. last week i had a problem with my account then i wrote them an email asking for support. Surprisingly, i was able to get response within 3 hours, but in other companies had to wait a few days or not even hear from them.
Pros:
* Quick support
* No spamming
* Many options for your budget or needs
* Much safer than Gmail (Of course)
* Able to create digital signatures
* End to end encryption
Cons:
* No app on the phone yet, which i hope they will improve soon
* I would like to see more colors on their interface

They should be honest about what features they support and reply more quickly to support requests.
