This is an interesting concept especially for frequent travellers. A chatbot is the perfect form factor for this use case.

Just putting the flight number in Google will give you all you need to know...

Add the ability to call the airline on my behalf when I'm going to miss a connecting flight and/or departing flight gets canceled and get me rebooked on the next available flight so I don't have to stand in line like all the other poor souls and you got yourself an award winning app

Excellent execution what have you planned for the future... I.e. with respect to acquiring, engaging and retaining users who interact with instalocate bot for the first time...
