Extremely clever and disruptive. I can see a lot of people being willing to pay a premium for compliant spouse-friendly CPAP.
How much of the 365 devices/year is going to be efficiently recycled? People are going to want to see a reuse strategy for each of the elements of the device.

@fredzannarbor that's the one concern i had with this -- that they are one-time use only. i'm sure over time they'll come up with a way to make them more reusable. perhaps requiring you to change them out once a month, with daily-replaceable nostril pads.
regardless i think this is a really great product that should hopefully get the adoption needed to move the market forward.
