Hey everyone 👋 I'm Ilya, the maker behind ZZP Pulse. A bit of backstory: I became a freelancer (ZZP'er) in the Netherlands a couple of years ago, and quickly realized that staying on top of admin (receipts, mileage, hours, VAT) was way more stressful than it needed to be. I tried spreadsheets, generic accounting tools, even just… ignoring it for a while (not recommended 😅). Nothing really clicked. So I started building something for myself. Something simple, offline-first, no account required to get going. Just: open the app, start tracking, export when you need to. ZZP Pulse is currently focused on Dutch freelancers, that's where I live and work, and where I understand the tax/VAT rules best. But the core (tracking income, expenses, mileage, hours) works for anyone. The goal is to make it more accessible internationally over time, step by step, as I learn what people actually need. This is a solo project, built with care. It's not trying to be enterprise software. It's trying to be useful, for people like me who just want their admin under control so they can focus on the work (and life) that matters. Would love your feedback.
