Scrape Zillow foreclosure, pre-foreclosure, bank-owned, and auction listings by market or Zillow search URL. Export up to 500 source-backed property rows with addresses, prices, Zillow IDs, property facts, and source URLs.
Adding a simple filter to exclude properties already flagged as sold or withdrawn would save a ton of time when running reports, since right now you have to manually scan each row. Maybe also let users tag or mark listings they have already reviewed so the next export doesn't include duplicates from previous runs.
Pulled a few foreclosure lists by ZIP and was impressed the source URLs actually came through cleanly with each row, made it easy to double-check the Zillow listings. Would love to see city-level bulk runs added.
