How does the thumbnail feedback actually work under the hood, does it analyze CTR data from your own channel or just general design principles?

It evaluates factors like visual hierarchy, contrast, readability, emotional impact, color balance, composition, and click potential, then combines that with knowledge from high-performing content patterns across YouTube.
Our long-term vision is to let creators securely connect their YouTube channel so Zedith can combine these visual insights with channel-specific performance data (CTR, impressions, audience behavior, etc.) for much more personalized recommendations
Does Zedith pull data straight from YouTube API or do I have to manually upload my analytics? Curious how real-time the channel insights actually are.

Once connected, it can securely access YouTube Data and Analytics (with your permission) to provide channel insights.
