Hello, Product Hunt ! I am excited to introduce ZeConcile to you all, a smart invoice 📑 data extractor tool. Now, I hear you when you say that what’s new here, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud already offer a ready to use invoice OCR service.. Well, sure, AI is growing by leaps and bounds and honestly, it’s hard to have a conversation with my grandmother 👵🏻 these days without AI being mentioned once or twice, so obviously we have harnessed the power of AI, and I will not go any further into that.. What I do want to talk about is that on top of AI, we have added good old human 🧠logic. Yes, some of us humans here have gone through hundreds of invoices, and identified the fine nuances of the data that invoices usually comprise of, to deliver a near 100% data accuracy. ZeConcile is able to grab buyer and seller details, invoice number, invoice date, line items, their respective HSN / SAC codes, and the various totals on the invoice, and it is even able to read pictures of handwritten invoices. There are some India specific tax related fields as per the Indian GST tax slabs, however, if you are using it from another country, you could just ignore them. After extracting data from invoices in bulk, simply download it all in a CSV / Excel format and use it as you please.
