Hi Product Hunt! I’m Eteri, founder of Zaylo Freight Hub.

A freight enquiry arrives by email. Carrier offers come back in separate threads. Someone copies the details into a spreadsheet, prepares a quote, and updates another system when the shipment is booked. Drivers receive instructions elsewhere, receivers chase delivery updates, and documents are prepared separately.

Every handoff creates more admin and another opportunity for information to get lost.

We’re building Zaylo to connect the people and workflow behind each shipment, from the first enquiry to the final invoice.

Forwarders, shippers, carriers, drivers, and receivers each get their own view of Zaylo, while staying connected to the other parties involved.

Forwarders and brokers coordinate requests, carrier offers, proposals, contracts, and shipments.
Shippers manage freight requests and follow their shipments.
Carriers and drivers access transport details, share updates, and handle handover and delivery documentation.
Receivers follow incoming deliveries and stay informed about shipment progress.

Requests, shipments, documents, and invoices stay connected throughout the process. Digital workers turn incoming Gmail and Outlook enquiries into structured requests, while automations reduce repetitive work.

The goal is simple: less time copying information and chasing updates, and more time serving customers and moving freight.
