It's an MCP server that gives your AI agent YouTube and TikTok transcripts, plus YouTube search and comments. Add one URL to Claude, Cursor or any MCP client and you get five tools. It runs on Apify, so there's nothing to install, you just need an Apify token. YouTube transcripts are $3 per 1,000 and TikTok ones $1.50. Videos without captions cost nothing. It reads the captions a video already has, so it can't transcribe one that has none.
Hi, I'm Gautham. I built this because scripts and AI agents keep getting blocked by YouTube when they fetch captions from a cloud server.
You add one URL to Claude, Cursor or any MCP client, and your agent gets five tools. It can pull YouTube transcripts, get the newest videos of a channel or playlist as text, search YouTube, read a video's comments, and pull TikTok transcripts.
It's $3 per 1,000 YouTube transcripts, plus a little Apify usage for the server's run. Apify's free plan gives you $5 of credit a month.
It doesn't do speech-to-text. If a video has no captions, you get a free no_transcript row.
