I’ve watched many people around me chase their dreams as YouTube creators, only to see them paralyzed by the weight of malicious comments. It broke my heart to see news of public figures suffering so deeply from cyberbullying that they were driven to make tragic, irreversible choices.
Words can be sharper than swords. Seeing the mental scars left by invisible attackers, I kept asking myself: 'Is there a way to reduce even a fraction of this pain?'
That question is why I built YouTube Sentinel.
Drawing from my product management experience at major game companies, I designed this tool to be a Silent Guardian. It doesn't just manage data; it protects the creator’s mental space by filtering out toxicity before it ever reaches their eyes. My hope is that this open-source tool can serve as a small shield, allowing creators to focus on their passion while staying safe from the noise.
