Quickly fill in a potential business partner's name & email, then a short description of your venture to generate a standard mutual NDA. Sign on your phone, then text or email as a PDF.
I like this very much! Much better than searching the web for appropriate templates to use and then fill. Do you plan on adding other types of documents as well? Or just NDAs?
Thanks @felipe_otalora! This started just to solve our own immediate need, though we'd definitely consider expanding to other document types -- are there any you'd find particularly useful?
What? No webapp? I send and check all the NDAs on my system because it is more handy and less time taking. Is there a reason for only mobile app approach?
@sanchitsh After some discussions about privacy, I decided to keep all the agreements and data directly on the phone, rather than syncing with the server. Additionally, we expect that most use cases where you want the extra screen real estate would also require more customization to the agreement than we wanted to incorporate to this flow. I could see a future version with a webapp, more customization options, less emphasis on speed, and more signer identification verification.

?makers When I press the "Share NDA Via Email or Text" button, nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!
Thanks for trying the app @brooks_pipher! That functionality is working on the test devices I have -- can I ask what kind of phone you're using? It could be taking several seconds to generate the PDF before showing the native share menu, I'll investigate.

@nickswider Hi Nick,
Thanks for the reply. It's still not working for me on Pixel 3a.
Hey Product Hunt!
We often find ourselves hanging out riffing on potential product ideas with friends and friends-of-friends, and we wanted to have a super quick way to make those conversions just a little more serious. We want to feel like we can talk about our best ideas, and we like having an NDA sitting in our inboxes the next morning to remind us to keep the conversation going.
We're fans of the FrieNDA concept that was on PH several months ago, and we wanted to add a smooth mobile experience with a central place to store your past agreements.
Let us know what you think!

Does end user need an app to sign? or can it be web based as well?
@satishgaire both parties sign on the same phone, then email or text the document as a PDF. You can also send it without signing, but when there is value in speed, we think it’s likely the parties will be together anyway.

@nickswider Okay. So i create an NDA on the phone & sign it.. Then i hand my phone over to the person to sing it? Did i get that correct?
@satishgaire Yep! After both parties sign it, it then prompts you with a one-click option to email both parties the PDF. The value prop here is primarily speed, so we didn't want to add the complexity of a second device with an app download or even a webpage.

@nickswider super neat! Any chance you can make this avlb for Pixel3 devices in GP?
Thanks @judah_rosen! It's already available for Pixel3, but sticking to USA for now, for the legal jurisdiction. Will start looking into what locales we can add!

Would definitely try when it get on the Canadian app store.
