Xenmark is a browser-based drawing review tool for engineering, construction, and project teams. Share PDF drawings with internal and external reviewers, pin comments to exact locations, track replies and statuses, manage revisions, measure and mark up drawings, and export marked-up PDFs and structured Excel comment registers. No CAD software is required, and invited reviewers do not need paid seats. Start free.
We built Xenmark around a simple need: make technical drawing reviews easier to share with people who do not work in CAD every day.
The workflow is deliberately focused. Upload a PDF drawing, invite the people who need to review it, pin comments to exact locations, discuss them in threads, track revisions, and export the result as a marked-up PDF and Excel comment register.
We wanted external reviewers to be able to take part without installing specialist software or holding a CAD licence.
Xenmark is live now, and there is a free plan if you want to try a complete review workflow. We would be very interested in feedback from people who regularly review drawings with clients, contractors, consultants, or other external teams.
