Hey Product Hunt!
I’m an avid motorcyclist. As my fleet grew, I realized every vehicle app out there is bloated, full of ads, or holds your data hostage. I built Wrench Spot for myself to track maintenance, log fuel-ups with grease-covered hands, and reference torque specs at a glance.
I recently polished it into an installable, free, multi-tenant platform with absolute privacy at its core.
What’s under the hood:
- Predictive Work Center: Tracks odometer velocity to project exact calendar dates for upcoming service intervals (oil, chains, valves) so you can group them into unified maintenance days.
- Data Sovereignty: Zero third-party ad trackers. Built-in self-service tools to import/export your data anytime, plus a hard-delete button that completely wipes your history from our servers.
- The Stack: FastAPI async gateway running in Docker on an Ubuntu VPS + PostgreSQL, with assets split between private S3 cold storage and Cloudflare R2 for zero-egress distribution.
Wrench Spot is completely free and built for people who want to manage their garage without sacrificing their privacy.
I'm building this completely live, so I would love for you to jump in, smash some buttons, try to break my API routes, and let me know what features you want to see on the roadmap next!
Looking forward to your feedback!

honestly looks solid for keeping build docs in one place. one thing that would be a huge win is letting me attach receipts or photos directly to a fuel log entry, so I dont have to dig through my email two months later when I forget which pump I used
I actually have that exact feature, but it's currently mapped to a premium tier. Because of your comment, I'm going to grandfather in anyone who signs up during our launch week with an upgrade for free. I'll keep my eyes peeled for new accounts and upgrade them as I see them come in.
Cheers and thanks for checking it out!

Finally ditched my maintenance spreadsheet for this. Pinned my torque specs and fuel log in about ten minutes, the local-first privacy angle is a nice touch for a gearhead.

@taagzahide13498 Reading this made my day and I'm glad to hear the transition was easy. I was so sick of my data being held hostage by other apps, and the mess spreadsheets can bring. Naturally, a privacy-focused PWA was a non-negotiable for me.
Super glad to have you on board. Let me know if there's anything you'd like added to the roadmap!
