Most workspace projects start with assumptions. This free assessment helps leadership teams evaluate whether their organization is strategically, financially and operationally ready before committing to a major office investment.
Took this through with my leadership team and it surfaced blind spots we genuinely hadn't mapped out, especially on the operational readiness side. Feels like a smart first step before sinking money into a lease.
A benchmark report at the end would be super useful, something like how your scores compare to other companies in your industry or of similar size. It would give the results much more context and make it easier to know where you actually stand before making a big investment decision.
Ran through this with our ops team last week and was surprised how much the financial readiness section pushed back on some assumptions we'd been treating as settled. Worth the 20 minutes if you're even loosely considering a move.
