Hey everyone 👋 I’m Vivek, Cofounder of Omias and the builder of Workforce OS. I’m building this around a simple idea: managing your team shouldn’t mean managing spreadsheets, documents and requests across different tools. Workforce OS brings everyday staff operations into one place from adding an employee and onboarding them to leave, attendance, pay records, expenses and company equipment. My biggest focus is ease of use. A founder handling everything should feel comfortable using it, while a growing team should be able to share responsibilities without giving everyone access to everything.
