Congrats on the launch @verasun !
Customer support is a pretty big problem at small-ish startups. A product like Wonderchat can definitely help ease the burden on the CS team.
Where I work there's really one person handling CS and often they hammered with questions that can probably be outsourced to something like this.
Fantastic product! I'm looking forward to using Wonderchat to help with customer success and satisfaction. Also a great excuse to build out our internal knowledge base more comprehensively!
