Woblero is a calm, ad-free world for kids 3–6. Instead of loud, flashy, ad-filled kids' games, it's a soft squishy friend called Wobli who reacts to every touch, remembers your child, and helps them wind down. Squish, stretch, feed and dance with him. No ads, no timers, no pressure, just gentle sensory play. Built solo in Flutter with a custom soft-body shader, by a preschool teacher who wanted something calm her own kids could return to.
I'm a preschool teacher and QA analyst, not a developer. Most kids' apps felt too loud and ad-filled to me, and I wanted a calm one my own kids could actually return to. So I decided to build it myself and learned to code with AI along the way.
The hardest part was the soft-body physics, making Wobli feel genuinely squishy and alive, and designing for "calm" instead of "exciting" (way harder than it sounds). Months of trial and error later, here he is.
Would really love your feedback.
