However, talking to users made us realize that modern businesses need context-aware conversations. This led us to integrate advanced AI combined with an intuitive drag-and-drop Visual Flow Builder. Our process also evolved to prioritize "coexistence"—we built the system so human agents can seamlessly step in and take over when the AI finishes handling the repetitive queries. To make onboarding lightning-fast, we ultimately added domain-specific templates (like E-Commerce, Clinics, and Restaurants) so users don't have to start from scratch.
