I have been a WIP member for ~35 days now. Before that, I was struggling with making stuff and had almost stopped doing development. But after joining WIP, I got inspired to build again and everything has been great since then. The community inspires you to do stuff, and everybody is super helpful. It's a fun group to be a part of. Well worth the admission fees.
I have been very productive for the last 70 days. The gamification of keeping your streak (shipping every day) going is addictive. Money making makers are already in the groups, & their comments on what works and what doesn't is quite valuable.
I didn’t think it would be as powerful as it is but the Shipping Streak has me spending all saturday thinking ”What can I ship today to keep the streak going?” And that’s a great thing for keeping the momentum.
I have been using WIP for a while, it's like a super duper IRC channel where everybody is a maker and has terribly good insights. If you ask, you'll get an answer, and you'll feel a part of this community of strangers. Plus, for people like myself, I do like to give my opinion out and help others
It has great potential. When I tried it, it had no separate channels, now it does.
It shows that it's a good product where the owners are listening
I've joined WIP a bit more than a month ago and it's been quite a wild ride, from pet impersonations to your own sticker pack to discussing the art of shipping. I've thought that my life had revolved around Telegram before, but that has become even more the case now.
WIP is incredible in helping you get things done and gauging how much you are actually doing. The community is one of the most enjoyable and fun ones I've seen and everybody is immediately welcomed with open arms.
I'd highly recommend anyone to join. It's definitely worth the money!
