39 native widgets for your Mac desktop: a screen-edge calendar dial, music, weather, system stats and local AI token tracking. Match sizes, styles, palettes and wallpapers. Eight widgets stay free; try everything for 14 days. macOS 14+, Apple silicon.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm Viorel from VPO Labs.
Why I built Widgetscape
Rainmeter was the inspiration: I wanted the calendar, music and Mac information I check all day to feel like part of the desktop, without writing skins or keeping extra windows open. That became Widgetscape. We're not affiliated with Rainmeter, and its skins don't run here.
39 native widgets. One shared grid.
There are now 39 native widgets on a shared grid. Choose sizes, styles, palettes and Light or Dark, so the whole setup feels like it belongs together. You can keep a small group of widgets instead of covering the screen.
The two I’d try first
The two I'd try first are Day Timeline and Token Pulse, both Pro widgets included in the trial.
Day Timeline turns your calendar into a radio dial along any screen edge: events are the stations, and hovering one opens details and a Join button for calls.
Token Pulse charts Claude Code, Codex and other supported coding tools from their local logs. It keeps token counts, model names and timestamps, never conversation content; nothing from those logs leaves your Mac. Claude Code and Codex cost figures are opt-in estimates based on rates you enter.
A matching backdrop
The desktop can have a matching backdrop too: 23 included wallpapers in 8K, with light/dark pairing.
Living Sky is our Pro beta wallpaper, drawn live from the time, your location and real weather.
Free to try. One-time Pro.
Eight widgets stay free forever: Time, Analog Clock, Calendar, Focus Timer, System Pulse, Batteries, Weather and Moon Phase.
Everything has a 14-day trial without an account or card.
Pro is €9.99 + VAT once for up to two Macs, with no subscription and a 14-day refund.
Requirements, limits and privacy
A few limits: macOS 14+, Apple silicon only, English interface, desktop placement behind application windows, and no custom widgets or Rainmeter skin imports yet.
It's a signed, Apple-notarized download from our site.
Anonymous usage counts are on by default; Settings > Privacy turns them off.
What would earn a permanent spot on your desktop, and what would you remove first?
I'd love to hear how a setup like this fits around your actual work.
