Built this after black bars on 21:9 YouTube embeds drove me nuts.

- Honest limits: accessible HTML video only — not native apps / many DRM players

Works on accessible HTML video (YouTube and many embeds). It will not drive native apps or many DRM / protected players. Fill crops edges; it does not add resolution.
