Widerly (PWA app for iOS and Android) is all fun and social music app. You can stream millions of tracks, send tracks (or playlists) to your friends in-app direct chat. Pin your favourite ones on your profile and write some nice BIO! Also, you can watch videos, get rewards for daily streaks, play in-app games, recieve achievements and make Widerly truly yours :) (10 motives, dark and light theme, also Aurora Glass look)
Short story:
I’m too crazy about music, listening anywhere and anytime.. and I missed some features or didn’t feel it exactly as I wanted on well-known apps. I decided to make my own, the app itself is for free and free to use (no ads at all), but also offers Premium for 2$/month. I’m not doing it to earn, but as a true passion and a goal I always wanted to achieve in my life. So I take the Premium only as a bit of help to keep the app running because it costs of course. :)

- Trends, recently played, most played
- Search, Playlists, Offline
- Queue with shuffle as well
- Friends list & Direct chat
(No copying URLs of songs or playlists, but can be sent directly into the chat!)

Love the social sharing angle and the Aurora Glass look sounds gorgeous. One thing that would really seal it for me is collaborative playlists where friends can add tracks in real time and vote on the next song. Would make the direct chat feel way more alive than just sending links back and forth.

How does the music streaming actually work — are you licensing from major labels or pulling from something like SoundCloud? Wondering about catalog depth and if my Discover Weekly type stuff exists here.
How does the music licensing actually work on Widerly, especially since you let users stream millions of tracks and share them in chat?
The aurora glass look on the dark theme looks really clean, and sending a track straight to a friend without leaving the app is such a small thing but super handy.
