Been an early adopter since the beginning and have seen first hand the commitment and effort these guys are putting into this product. Their mission is a noble one, worth of support. That being said, its still a very powerful, lightweight analytics package that was an easy drop in for Google Analytics.
Finally, I have a tool I can manage independently, without paying an expert to analyze my data.
I use Wide Angle Analytics for a smaller website and it is a blast. I see all the statistics I need, it is very easy to configure, and I don't need to think about privacy issues!
