Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Jun, the solo maker behind Whiririk.
Currently on a working holiday in Japan, I found myself constantly needing to capture new expressions, daily tasks, and sudden flashes of inspiration. But unlocking my phone, opening an app, and typing took too long—and relying on standard voice apps often resulted in inaccurate messes when offline.
I built Whiririk to solve this exact frustration. My goal was "Zero Friction".

How accurate is the on-device transcription?
@daniel_rachlin For English, you can expect an accuracy rate of about 90% to 95%. Just a heads-up: it may occasionally experience 'hallucinations' (generating random text) during silent intervals.
