A customer will be notified at several points along the process, including account registration, order placement, invoice generation, shipment, and credit memo. Customers will be alerted as soon as Magento 2 features become available. Features - Customers can update their WhatsApp number by accessing their account information. Customers have the option to enable or disable the WhatsApp notification module. Customers will receive messages at various stages of the ordering process. The admin has the ability to set or disable any point notification and adjust the text message content for certain procedures such as shipment, credit memo, and others.
