Host a live video Werewolf game with secret roles, voting, and an AI moderator that runs the night.

Hi Product Hunt. Peter here, I built Werewolf Club.
I have played a lot of Werewolf in living rooms, and the same thing happens every time. Somebody has to moderate, and that person does not get to play. Online versions fix that and break something else: you lose the faces. Werewolf is not a logic puzzle, it is watching a friend pause half a second too long before saying they are innocent.
So this is Werewolf on live video in the browser, with the moderator automated.
The part I am proudest of is the night. Round a table the wolves cannot talk, they can only point at each other in the dark and hope. Here, during the night, only the living wolves can hear and talk to one another, so the pack actually argues about who to take. The Seer and the Doctor each get a private action screen. Everyone else hears nothing until dawn.
You open a private room, send one link, and everyone joins on a phone or a laptop with no account and no download. 4 to 16 players, and a game runs 20 to 40 minutes.
On price, because I would rather say it than have you find it: it is paid and there is no free
tier. The host buys a one-time pass, €4.99, €9.99 or €19.99 depending on group size and hosted minutes, and everyone else joins free and never signs up. No subscription. Live video costs real money per minute and I would rather charge a small amount honestly than run a trial that quietly degrades.
There is no public matchmaking. It is built for a group you already have.
Three things I would genuinely like to know:
1. If you organise a game night, what would stop your group hosting its first room?
2. What breaks first when your group tries something new on video?
3. What opportunities for improvement and more engagement do you see?
I am here all day and I answer everything.
