Hey guys! Alex here, Founder of We3: Your Home of Web3 Recruitment. Earlier in my career, I've managed to build a career as a Growth & Community expert for various SaaS startups, one of the most recognizable being Infinity-a ultra flexible project management tool. Growing Infinity, but also dozens of other products have been such a mind-blowing experience that I wanted to test that knowledge and experience in more fields and industries. For the last 2 years, I've been focused on Web3 primarily, building various products using blockchain infrastructure. Though, the most common problem I've noticed for most of the Web3 projects are high-quality, but affordable talents who will build (not just revolve around crypto market) outstanding products. On the other hand, a lot of talents on the market lack expertise and experience finding the right project/company. Therefore, the idea to create a practical Web3 talent match-making system was created. Also, I want to test my Marketing, Ecommerce & Growth knowledge from Web2 space into Web3 and see if we can build a Community of Web3 talents and find the right family for them. :) Plans for the future include creating our own Web3 Education, but also Partnership programs with industry leaders on various VC-like / Incubator programs, etc. Feel free to join our Community and make sure to stay updated with all the news: https://discord.com/invite/SFAzW...
