Warpdrive is an open-source, self-hosted Pipedrive alternative for business-development teams: pipeline management, a deal workspace, contacts, and two-way Gmail, running entirely on your own infrastructure.
Self-hosted Pipedrive alt is honestly a great idea, especially for teams that need more control over their data. One thing that would really help though is native calendar sync, like plugging in Google or Outlook so meetings and follow-ups show up right next to the deal. Right now I'm guessing you have to bounce between tabs to keep track of scheduled calls, and that gets old fast during a busy week. Would love to see that baked in eventually.
As someone who runs a small BD team, the self-hosted angle is a huge plus for us. One thing that would make this a daily driver for us though is a native integration with calendar tools like Google Calendar or Outlook, so deal activities and follow-up reminders sync automatically without us having to bounce between apps. Would love to see that on the roadmap.
Love that you went self-hosted for a CRM of all things, two-way Gmail sync running on your own infra is a genuinely thoughtful move for sales teams worried about data leaving the building.
Finally a Pipedrive alternative I can actually run on our own servers. The Gmail two-way sync alone is worth it, and the deal workspace feels lighter than what I expected.
