The Way of Intentional Flow 🌌 — a spiral for narrowing the gap between intention and reality. Three pillars: WHAT — what already is, OWN — what's yours, NEED — what you gather. Not sharpening you into a tool — keeping a channel for you to grow more human than human. - Won-Cafe/W.O.N

Hi Product Hunt. I'm Won. I built this because of a gap I couldn't close.
I knew what I wanted. I knew who I was. The distance between those two didn't move, however hard I pushed. The problem wasn't effort. I couldn't see clearly where I was standing.
🌀 Three pillars you write and rewrite as your reality changes
WHAT is stone, OWN is water, NEED is the sand the water carries to wear the stone down.
🪨 WHAT · the reality you're standing in, described without the filter of hope or fear
💧 OWN · what in that reality is actually yours: where your intent comes from, what pushes it, which way it runs
⏳ NEED · what you gather to close the distance
There are eleven axes under those three, and each axis comes with a test question you ask yourself while writing. All of it is plain Markdown. A paper notebook is enough to start, and there is nothing to install.
⚙️ The machine layer is optional
A small Go proxy sits between your AI agent and the model, so nine agents (a scout, an architect, a planner, a reviewer, a scribe, and four more) keep who they are and what they remember across sessions. You stop re-explaining yourself at the start of every conversation.
Three of the nine run on a deliberately small local model, because a strong model that sits in a long conversation gets better at agreeing with you every turn, and I wanted one voice too plain to flatter anybody.
🏠 By default the proxy talks to a model on your own machine through Ollama. Unplug the network and it keeps running. Your writing stays where you wrote it unless you decide otherwise.
One thing to know before you click through
The repo is written in Vietnamese, my mother tongue, in a slow register I'm not confident survives translation. So don't translate it line by line. Point your AI at the repo, ask it to read until it actually understands the system, then have it explain that back to you. The README has the prompt I would use, and there is an English explainer video.
Free. MIT for the machine, CC BY-NC-SA for the writing.
💬 One question, and I'd rather have this than a vote
When you're stuck, which of the three is missing for you: seeing your reality clearly, holding on to what's yours, or having the means to move? Most tools assume it's always the third. Mine never was.
