This VS Code extension lets you run multiple Claude Code accounts by patching Anthropic's anthropic.claude-code extension so this setting affects both spawned Claude processes and the extension auth/session layer. With it you can finally have different VS Code profiles for your work Claude account and your personal Claude account. Stop mixing tokens up!

would love to see a quick switcher in the status bar to jump between profiles without digging into settings, maybe with the profile name shown so you always know which account is active
Finally a fix for the daily headache of swapping between work and personal Claude tokens. Love that it patches at both the process and auth layer instead of just one — that dual approach feels way more reliable than the janky env var hacks I've been using.
finally a clean way to keep my work and personal claude accounts separate in vs code without swapping tokens every five minutes. The profile switching just works and the session layer stays in sync, which is the part that usually breaks in hacks like this.
