Congrats on the launch, honestly the TRAI compliance angle is huge for anyone building voice here. One thing I'd love to see is a built-in analytics dashboard showing call quality metrics, drop-off points, and DTMF vs speech recognition success rates. Right now most teams stitch together three different tools to debug why calls fail, and having that natively would save a ton of time during bot tuning.
A TRAI compliance dashboard inside the platform would be really helpful, showing things like DLT registration status, scrubbing logs, and consent timestamps at a glance. Right now builders have to dig through docs or external portals to verify everything is in order before going live. A single view with renewal reminders and audit export would save a ton of headaches, especially for teams running multiple voicebots across different clients.
Adding support for regional Indian languages beyond Hindi would be huge, especially Tamil, Telugu, and Bengali. A lot of our customers reach out in their mother tongue and right now the bot ends up routing them to a human agent for those calls. If VoiceLink could handle ASR and TTS for at least the top 5 Indian languages out of the box, it would save us a ton of integration work and make the voicebot feel way more natural to the end user.
