this is a fun idea, pure nostalgia bait in a good way. for "which retro app next" I'd vote Solitaire - it's the one thing everyone actually opened on a 95 box, and it'd be a good test of whether voice commands work for something more spatial than "open/write/save" (like "move the seven of hearts onto the eight of spades"). curious whether Paint responds to anything beyond basic shapes/colors via voice, or if freeform drawing is intentionally still mouse-only.
