We're back. Again!
At this point a few of you probably see the CometChat logo pop up and think "these people launch something every other week" :)
Here's why we keep showing up. We don't do one big annual reveal. We ship the thing devs asked for last month, then the next one. It's less glamorous but, I feel, a lot more useful.
This month we ship: transcription and live closed captions, built into CometChat Calls.
The ask behind it never changed. Every single time, after every call: "can I get the transcript?"
And our temp fix was go find a transcription vendor, wire up storage, add a bill, add an SDK, add one more service.
Not anymore.
