The idea came from a personal frustration; I kept forgetting words I'd learned, and every vocab app I tried felt either too basic or too gamified to the point of being annoying. So I built Vocablo around three principles: 1/ It detects your real level on day one with a short vocabulary quiz; no self-reporting, no guessing. 2/ It protects your streak with shields earned every 7 days, so one missed day doesn't send you back to zero. Consistency beats perfection. 3/ It works in both Spanish and English; same app, same word quality, switch anytime. I've been building this solo for the past few months and just launched on Android.
