Parts get ordered over the phone with no record. Inventory lives in one shop's head, invisible to the next. Fleet customers get updates through calls and emails instead of a shared view. None of those gaps are dramatic on their own. But add them up across a busy week, and they're the difference between a shop that's in control of its operation and one that's constantly playing catch-up. So we built VMOTEK around connecting that whole cycle — appointments, estimates, work orders, purchasing, inventory across every location, and fleet service — instead of just digitizing one piece of it and leaving the rest to spreadsheets and memory. We're still early, and honestly the best part of launching here is getting real feedback from people who either run a shop, manage a fleet, or just think hard about how this kind of software should work.
