@jude_gray Yes! We’re working on simple editing tools at the moment. Stuff like trimming and basic annotations to keep it clean and fast. Not trying to overcomplicate things.

The Bring Your Own Storage concept is such a breath of fresh air was that choice driven by privacy issues or the needs of your users?
@gracebates Privacy was definitely one part of it, especially for tech teams that already have cloud infra. But honestly, we realized teams shouldn't have to pay inflated SaaS storage bills when they already pay AWS. So we just made that possible.
Bring your storage is such an amazing. Do you support all the major cloud providers right out of the box?
@paul_leo2 Hey! Glad you liked it. we’re pretty excited about the Bring Your Storage feature too. Right now, we’ve built direct support for AWS only, just to keep things simple and secure for launch. We’ve kept the architecture flexible though adding support for other cloud providers (like GCP or Azure) won’t be too far off if we see interest. Would love to know what you or your team uses!
Can this be integrated directly into customer support workflows or CRMs like Zendesk or HubSpot?
@mateo_leo Hey! Right now, we don’t have native integrations with third party apps, but you can easily drop Vizz links into tickets, chats, or emails. Since every recording is instantly shareable with a unique link, a lot of our users are already using it like that inside their support workflows.
Proper integrations are definitely something we’re exploring. Curious, which part of your workflow would you want to connect Vizz to?
I love the no fluff approach. It’s not often you find a video tool that skips the gimmicks. Do you allow for custom branding on client facing recordings?
@elias_leo1 Thanks! That’s exactly the goal - no fluff, just get the job done. As for branding, we don’t add any logos or watermarks, so your videos are totally unbranded by default. Curious though, would you want to add your own logo or intro in future? Might be cool to explore.
It is amazing. Is there a cap on video length or quality depending on the user plan or is it genuinely unlimited for everyone?
@mark_leo3 Hey, Thanks! we don’t compress or restrict video quality like some other tools. Vizz just records at the highest resolution your device and browser can support. However, on the free individual plan, there’s a 5-minute limit per video. But on the paid plan(at just $25), there’s genuinely no cap! you and your entire team can record as many videos as you want, with no limits on how long each one can be..
