Hi Product Hunt — I’m building Vitara because Apple Health has years of useful data, but it still takes too much digging to answer a simple question: what changed?
Vitara is a dashboard-first Apple Health and Apple Watch app. It highlights changes across sleep, HRV, heart rate, activity, workouts, and recovery, then offers optional AI summaries and health Q&A when you want more context.
For this pre-launch beta, I opened a limited Product Hunt TestFlight group: https://testflight.apple.com/joi...
I’d especially love feedback from Apple Watch users who care about sleep, HRV, workouts, recovery, Oura/WHOOP/Athlytic/Bevel-style tools, or privacy-controlled AI. Vitara is for wellness reflection and trend understanding only, not diagnosis or medical advice.

Update: this launch has moved from the pre-release TestFlight flow to the App Store release.
I'm still looking for Apple Watch users to tell me whether Vitara's "what changed" dashboard matches what they see in Apple Health across sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, workouts, and activity.
For wellness reflection and trend understanding only, not diagnosis or medical advice.

Launch-day note: the feedback I’m most looking for is very specific: does the dashboard’s “what changed” explanation match what you see in Apple Health across sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, workouts, and activity?
Also tell me where the AI summary feels too vague, too confident, or missing source context.

Update: Vitara is now live on the App Store.
The public landing page now points to the App Store release instead of TestFlight. If you try it, the feedback I care about most is whether the dashboard's "what changed" explanation matches what you see in Apple Health across sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, workouts, and activity.
Vitara is for wellness reflection and trend understanding, not diagnosis or medical advice.
