Vital has been an amazing ‘one stop’ app where all my data is collected. While collecting this data is great, the ability for an app to keep you motivated, driven, not feel down (when you fail) is awesome! The community is supportive yet motivated to see you succeed. For the first time in my life, I have found a way to be active every single day this year and the encouragement to improve my sleep hygiene. Upgrades/updates are done based on the input of the community and that’s also unheard of.

Subdivide

Vital is the only social app that’s really stuck with me that I feel good using. The content is uplifting, and instead of doomscrolling I feel the push to get up and get moving after seeing so many others doing the same. The streaks and challenges also serve as great external motivation. I came to Vital for the health metrics (which are great), but stayed for the community.

Vital does a great job collecting and presenting your health and fitness data but the real value is in the community they’ve built. It gives you the accountability, motivation and encouragement that you won’t find anywhere else. On top of all that the Vital team is iterating and shipping at a rapid pace, so it gets better every day and that value is compounding. It’s one of a very small number of apps I use everyday.

Love Vital!! Awesome to have a true health dashboard with everything in one place — fitness, activities, sleep, nutrition — and it pulls it in automatically after you’ve set up integrations which feels magical. You can tell the founding team cares so much about their users and the product, it is always improving and at a crazy fast clip. The community angle is fun and motivating and everyone is so supportive and kind, it has the best vibes of any social app I’ve used. Excited to see where it all goes. Congrats on launching!!
