VINLID gives instant vehicle history reports for used cars imported from South Korea and the USA. Enter a VIN and get Korean inspection-station records with real photos, verified mileage, accident and repair history, US title/salvage checks (NMVTIS), and full VIN decoding — in 19 languages, from $2.29. It's the only affordable service that surfaces Korean inspection-station photo data that the free official tools don't show.

Hi PH! We built VINLID because checking an imported used car — whether from Korea or the USA — used to mean piecing together scattered free tools, marketplace listings, and guesswork. VINLID does it in one place: enter a VIN and get Korean inspection-station records (real photos, 69-point checklist, accident/repair history, verified mileage) or US history via NMVTIS (title, salvage, theft, odometer) with auction photos. The VIN decoder is free — full history reports from $2.29, in 19 languages. Happy to answer anything about importing or checking Korean & US cars!

If you could add a side-by-side comparison view for two VINs at once, that would make shopping for an imported car way easier. Buyers usually narrow down between two or three options, and seeing the inspection photos, mileage history, and title status on the same screen would save a lot of tab switching.

honestly this is super useful for anyone importing from korea, love that you pull the actual inspection photos. one thing though, would be cool if you could show a side by side timeline of the korean and us records so i can quickly spot any gaps or mismatches in mileage or ownership history.

Pulled the report on a buddy's old Sonata and honestly didn't expect to see actual inspection station photos from Korea. The mileage history lined up too, which is way more than you usually get from the free tools.

Ran my old Hyundai's VIN through it and seeing the actual inspection station photos was wild, definitely more useful than I expected for the price.
