VibaCloud makes timesheets simple. Import events directly from Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook, review them, and create accurate timesheets in minutes. No complicated setup, no unnecessary features, just a fast, intuitive way to track your time. Perfect for freelancers, contractors and small businesses, with manual entry, billable tracking, Excel export, printable timesheets and built-in invoicing.

how does the invoicing piece actually work, like does it pull from the billable hours you tracked or is that a separate thing you have to enter from scratch
@etinkaleliamis Hi Çetin, Great question, it pulls from the hours you've tracked, that's the whole point. Nothing gets typed twice.
The flow is: your calendar events come in as timesheet entries, you tag each one to a project, and the project carries the hourly rate and whether it's billable. When you submit a week, those hours are locked in. Then on the Billing screen you pick a client and a period, hit "Create invoice", and it builds the invoice from the billable hours you submitted, one line per project and rate, VAT applied if you're registered, sequential invoice number, downloadable PDF. You can email it to the client from the app too, and it'll politely chase late payments for you.
Two details I'm quite proud of: it only ever picks up hours that haven't already been invoiced (so overlapping periods can't double-bill a client), and time that isn't in your calendar can just be added as a manual line on the timesheet, it flows into invoices exactly the same way.
There's also a free invoice generator on the site if you ever do want the from-scratch kind, no account needed. But inside the app, invoicing is the end of a pipeline, not a blank form. Let me know if I can help any further.
how does the invoicing piece work in practice — does it pull hours straight from the timesheet or do i have to enter invoice details separately?
@denizgetrkezsa Hi Deniz! It pulls straight from your timesheet, no re-keying.
Once you've submitted a week's timesheet, that work becomes billable. When you hit Create invoice for a client, VibaCloud snapshots all billable, submitted hours for the period and turns it into invoice lines automatically, one line per project, at that project's rate. It only ever bills work that hasn't been invoiced yet, so you can't accidentally double-charge.
From there it handles the bits you'd otherwise do by hand: sequential invoice numbers, VAT/tax, due dates from your payment terms, and a PDF. You can still tweak things before sending, but the default path is basically timesheet → invoice in one click.
(Separately, there's also a free standalone invoice generator on the site if you ever just want to knock out a one-off invoice without setting anything up. no timesheet needed.)
The calendar import is a really thoughtful touch, especially skipping the manual entry headache most timesheet tools force on you. Clean execution for freelancers who just want to bill and move on.
@hasanbump Thanks Hasan! That "just want to bill and move on" mindset is exactly who we built it for. The calendar import even auto-suggests the project for each event based on your past tagging, so most weeks it's a quick review rather than data entry. Appreciate you taking a look!
