Viativity is a frictionless digital first-aid kit for motion sickness, seasickness, and fear of flying. It features 7 science-backed tools — from an Artificial Horizon to 100Hz audio modulation — designed for immediate relief. Built as a truly fair app: 100% offline (perfect for airplane mode), multilingual, ad-free, with zero subscriptions and local data processing. Travel stress-free on winding roads, ships, or flights with a privacy-first wellness companion right in your pocket.

Hi Product Hunt! 👋
I’m Dieter, the solo maker behind Viativity. The spark for this app came from an article I read in our local newspaper about a fascinating study on how a 100Hz tone can actively reduce motion sickness. That was the trigger I needed to start building.
When you're hit by acute motion sickness or experience a sudden fear of flying, the last thing you want is a complicated app. You don't have the cognitive capacity to navigate nested menus, create profiles, or wait for loading screens. You need immediate, frictionless relief.
That’s why I intentionally designed Viativity to be radically minimalist. It’s an evidence-based digital first-aid kit built entirely with Flutter and heavily supported by Gemini. It features 7 dedicated tools alongside smart travel tips:
🚑 4 Instant Relief Tools (Frictionless UX):
Artificial Horizon (visualizes real movement of the vehicle, e.g., in windowless cabins)
100Hz Modulation (specific acoustic frequency to stabilize the balance organ)
4-2-6 Breathing (guided breathing exercise to immediately dampen nausea and panic)
P6 Acupressure (guided wrist stimulation for quick stomach soothing)
🧠 3 Preventive Training Tools:
Body Plumb Line (biofeedback training for a more stable stance)
Focus Game (visual fixation to actively suppress motion stimuli)
Mental Rotation (spatial training to process motion data more efficiently)
💡 Curated Travel Tips:
Specific, proven strategies categorized by transport mode (Car, Train, Ship, Airplane, Cable Car).
To keep the main UI as clean as possible, every single tool has a dedicated info page explaining the exact instructions, the ideal use case, the scientific background, and the respective research sources.
The Fair-App Philosophy: Viativity is built to be a reliable companion. It works 100% offline (perfect for airplane mode or at sea). There are no ads, no data tracking, and absolutely no subscriptions. It’s a transparent one-time purchase for the price of a coffee at the airport gate. ☕
I would love to hear your feedback on the UX and the tools. Safe travels! 🚢✈️🚗
Genuinely love the offline-first approach, that part is huge for use on a plane. One thing that would make it even better for me would be a watchOS version with a quick complication to start the audio tool straight from my wrist, since pulling out a phone mid-turbulence is not always practical.
@omera29139
Thanks for the practical feedback! You make a very good point—fumbling with a phone during turbulence is indeed tricky. I will definitely consider a watchOS version with a quick complication in one of the next development steps. Appreciate the suggestion!
Tried the horizon tool on a bumpy bus ride and it actually helped settle my stomach within minutes. Really refreshing to see no ads or sign-ups blocking the way.
@hayrunnisadpdd
Thank you for sharing this! Hearing that the artificial horizon helped you during a bumpy bus ride is the absolute best feedback I could hope for—that is exactly why I built Viativity.
And yes, keeping the app completely ad-free and without any sign-up walls was incredibly important to me. When you're feeling unwell, the last thing you need is a login screen or a pop-up ad.
Thanks again for your support and happy travels!
Tried the Artificial Horizon tool on a bus ride and it genuinely helped settle my stomach. Love that it works offline with no ads, feels like a thoughtful little kit.
