How does the audit trail actually work in practice when multiple team members are editing the same document chain at the same time, and is there a way to roll back specific changes without losing the rest of the history?
@ersin156178Β Yes. VS Estate OS maintains a comprehensive audit trail for every document and workflow. Each modification is automatically recorded with details such as who made the change (Edited By), the timestamp, and the corresponding action performed, providing complete visibility and accountability across teams. This enables organizations to track document history, monitor changes, and maintain compliance even when multiple users collaborate on the same document chain.
At present, the platform preserves the complete edit history but does not yet support selective rollback of individual changes. This capability is already on our product roadmap, and we plan to introduce it in an upcoming release, allowing users to restore specific document versions without affecting the overall audit history.
