We built Varcio FinOps Co-Pilot after seeing the same problem repeatedly: cloud infrastructure was getting more sophisticated, but understanding and controlling its cost was still far too manual. Teams had dashboards, billing reports, spreadsheets, alerts and optimization recommendations — but connecting all of that into one clear decision-making workflow was the hard part. We wanted to build something different. FinOps Co-Pilot brings cloud cost visibility, waste detection, optimization intelligence and automation into one workflow across modern cloud environments. The idea evolved from simply answering: “Where is our money going?” to answering the more important questions: “Why is it going there?” “What should we change?” “What will that change save us?” “Can we safely automate it?” We’re building toward a future where FinOps isn’t a monthly exercise of reviewing bills. It’s a continuous part of how infrastructure is built, deployed and operated. This is our first step toward that vision.
