Hey Product Hunt π
I built Vanto Player because I was tired of clunky, ad-heavy IPTV apps that only worked on one device and buffered constantly. I wanted one clean player that just works β same experience whether you're on your phone, your TV, or a browser.
It supports M3U and JSON playlists, plays up to 4K with minimal buffering, and runs on Android, iOS, Smart TVs, Windows, macOS, Linux, and the web. To be clear: Vanto Player is just the player β it doesn't include or sell any channels or content, you bring your own playlist.
A few things I focused on: a genuinely native-feeling interface on every platform (not just a stretched phone UI on TV), parental controls for families, and reliable playback that doesn't fall over on longer streams.
Would love feedback, especially from anyone running it on Smart TV or Linux β those are newer additions and I'm actively refining them.

Runs smooth on my Android TV, no buffering even on a long M3U list I threw at it. The 4K playback looks clean and setup was surprisingly quick.

One thing that would really help me as a user is the ability to sync my playlists and watch history across devices, so I can pause something on my phone and pick it up right where I left off on the TV. Also, parental controls with profile PINs would be a great add for families.

Loaded my M3U playlist on my Smart TV and playback was smooth right away, the 4K streams look crisp without any hiccups. Surprised itβs free given how polished the interface feels.

Love that it works across my phone and TV without a fuss. One thing I'd love to see is a proper parental controls section, maybe with PIN-protected profiles and content ratings for playlists, so the whole family can use it without worrying about what pops up next.
