It turned into a full toolkit rather than just a stats tracker. The biggest evolution in the process was learning how much friction kills a product. Early on I required an account just to search for your stats, which is completely backwards for a stats site. People want to see results first and sign up second. Removing that barrier made the whole experience feel immediately useful instead of demanding trust upfront.
