I wanted text to speech that anyone can try right away, in their own language. You can make and hear one audio with no account, and a free account gives you 30 a day, with MP3 and subtitles.
The voices are Microsoft Edge's neural voices: 320 voices in 75 languages. Arabic has been one of the most used so far.
